Do You Understand Me? Communicating Your Way to the Top and With Others

We all work and play with others who sometimes seem to understand what we are trying to say and others times, stare back at us with that glazed look. Do you wonder if it is you or them? In order to move ahead and just function at work, you must be able to clearly communicate your needs, directions and ideas with supervisors, employees and peers. At the same time, you need to be able to understand what people are trying to tell you. Myers-Briggs can help you learn to be a better communicator by teaching you about your own style and those of others. In this workshop, you will learn about your strengths and limitations and how these impact you in your daily interactions.  You will develop an action plan and learn specific techniques to move forward toward your goals.
