Suzanne Statler, M.A.
Suzanne Statler is known for her keen ability to help clients design
and pursue their career direction. She has worked with executives and
administrators; technologists and trades people; artists and sales people,
students and career changers. An advocate of the “planned happenstance”
theory of career development, she facilitates each session to maximize
the planning while opening the door for happenstance to happen!
Background:
Suzanne brings over 25 years of business experience to her clients including
12 years as a recruiter with an emphasis in technology. She recently spent
7 years at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. in Staffing, Human Resources
and a unique role as the “Internal Career Coach” where she
worked as a confidential resource to employees as they navigated through
their jobs@schwab.
Suzanne has also held positions in advertising, marketing, sailing instruction,
and tourism while making time for family and travel. With this, she offers
an employer’s view of the staff selection process, expertise in
internal career management, and an appreciation of the challenges of competing
professional and personal priorities.
