My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals who are in transition and want to discover meaning, find balance, and make a difference in their life and work. My clients are at a crossroads in their lives and are seeking guidance and support as they embark on the process of exploring and finding success at meaningful life/work growth and change.
My clients include accomplished professionals seeking a career change; creative people who yearn to express more of who they are in what they do; women and men seeking re-entry after time off or out of the job market; individuals and couples approaching or in retirement and exploring their next act; career changers moving from one sector or industry to another; people with an idea or dream to create their own work or venture; and anyone who seeks a more purposeful and rewarding livelihood.
Approach
My approach is to work with clients to discover their strengths, believe in their possibilities and realize success along their life/work journey. Each one of us comes into life as a unique individual, filled with potential and purpose and yet we may find ourselves uncertain, confused, or even blocked from realizing or expressing our highest capacities, professionally and personally. I encourage and guide clients to affirm their strengths, create a sense of vision and purpose to inspire planning and motivate taking action towards building a career and life path that offers fulfillment and joy.
